Where should i stay in rome (i.e. area) i'm going for a weekend with my boyfriend?

If you want a cheap clean hotel its only a 3 star try the Capitol, only 2minutes from termini, I have stayed in that one three times out 5, its clean friendly and basic,

Loads of places to eat if you like chinese try streams not far from spanish steps ( down steps take a right and about 3rd street on left fantastic food) italian restaurant at the republican fountain on street to victor emanuelle 1st on left on that street, for pubs Druids Rock behind Maria Magiore church is great or Gaiety Bar near Piazza Navone,

Enjoy yourselves but still a few probs with pickpockets so keep money safe

you should stay at hotel beautiful, its seconds from termini stazione. also b/c i am a relative of the owner! it really cheap, clean, convenient, and the staff is really friendly. as for a funky place to eat anywhere in piazza navonna!
