Where should i take a property?

i am thinking to buy a property.now i am confuse between mumbai and pune.both are big and devloping cities.

your property should be located where it would provide you the most benefit and has better likelyhood of appreciating in years to come.

Buying in Mumbai or Pune depends on the purpose of buying the property. If you are looking at it at pure investment basis, then think again. The property prices are quite high and the interest rates have shot up. The rental yield is very less, you hardly get 3% of your investment as rent and then you have to pay maintenence and taxes.

If you are planning to purchase for personal use then you should buy where you plan to stay or are staying right now.

what type of property? Comercial or Residential? If its comercial you are looking for take one in mumbai, because you'll get higher rentals there and the value of the property will also always go up. If you want a residential property take one where you'll stay now or in future,or where you'll get better price when you sell it later.
