Where should i travel overseas?

Question

next year i get to travel to one place in the world, anywhere i like and i want to go somewhere like Hong Kong or Singapore where everything is cheap (i live in Australia)

please give me suggestions of places where everything is cheap (so i can shop) but there are also lots of good sights to see

i don't really want to go to a place with like disney world and all that because i don't like theme parks very much

Hey mate check out Bali my wife and i just got back and did so much shopping we brought back 4 more bags than we took and there is plenty to see great culture ajnd people.
