We want to go somewhere where we can snorkel, swim with dolphins, etc. We are only going to be 26, so we want to go somewhere that has a good night life, and that is all inclusive. We want it to be completely tropical:) Any suggestions??? I think that about covers it. Thanks:)

  1. Aruba! great food, shopping, nightlife, gambling. Beautiful beaches and wonderful people!

  2. The problem with going in September is that most tropical locations are in hurricane season.  Hawaii wouldn't be, but it has few all-inclusive resorts.  You could take your chances with a resort in Mexico, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, or the Caribbean, but you could end up spending your whole honeymoon huddled indoors while it pours down rain or blows winds all over.  You could get a hurricane guarantee at most places that allows you to return (on your plane ticket dime, of course) for a free stay at some other time, if the weather does go badly.

Another option is to take a cruise.  The ships will then go to ports that aren't affected by any local adverse weather and avoid any that are in bad shape, and you can book excursions to do the activities you enjoy.  Most cruises are nearly fully all-inclusive (except for alcohol, if that's important to you) and have a pretty decent array of night-time activities.

If none of this appeals, consider changing your honeymoon plans to happen after hurricane season is over with, like in December.

  3. I would strongly suggest a Sandals resort because that's where we honeymooned in May 08.  It was Whitehouse in Jamaica, but they have many resorts in the Caribbean.  I don't think Whitehouse would be the best for you because it was more laid back, although they do have parties every night.  Check out all the Sandals at http://www.sandals.com

It is all inclusive and we had a blast!!!

  4. Anywhere like Hawaii, Florida, and the Bahamas would be nice.  I've been to Hawaii and it's great especially Oahu, it's the most urbanized island but it is still very pretty.  You can snorkel at Hanama Bay, go to the Madarin Resort (I don't really remember the name) and swim with the dolphins, and there's the North Shore to go to.

  5. Belize

    Hawaii

    Trinidad

  6. Jamaica

  7. sandals resort!! antigua..bahamas..hawaii..cancun..st.tro... lucia..dominican republic..puerto rico..

  8. From June to November is considered hurricane season. Maybe a cruise that offers several destinations may be a better choice. But the best thing to do is speak with a travel agent.

  9. Tinidad, Tobago

    Jamaica

    St.lucia

They all have something in Common ,

Great Beaches , Great People And a great time !
