Any cigar shop outside of America for Cuban Cigars.  I've heard a lot of them take the paper labels off them for you, relabel them with stickers from Honduras or elsewhere, freight them back to the US and mail the Cuban labels separately for you to reattach when you get home.

Americans go nuts for Cuban cigars - just coz you're not allowed have them!  I guess you could go to Afghanistan for some heroin - but that might be a bit risky!  You could try going to India and selling one of your kidneys while your there!
