Where should the players of a rugby union team stand when they are recieving a ball at kick-off?

Does anyone have a diagram of the structre or can just tell me what the structure is as i need it for my coursework. Thanks

  1. More or less in a scrum formation as the link from Welshchick has provided. The only exception is in the diagram the backline would need to be a mirror image of where the forwards are on the field rather than lined out as an attacking backline like in the diagram. I.e. No. 10 would be beside No. 3, 12 would be on the opposite sideline to where 1 is etc. The fullback would be under the goalposts on kick-off and the wingers would be back in each corner of the in-goal.

    That is how we normally set up for a kickoff anyway.
