Where should we camp?

Hey guys

Me and my mates are planning on taking a camping trip for just a week or so and we're wondering where to head off to around the brisbane area? Though distance isn't really an issue as we were originally planning on going to Sydney for a day or two...

If you fancy driving as far as Airlie beach you'll have a ball. The drive up is great as well

I passed a brilliant looking camping place on the road from the Gold Coast to the Natural Arch National Park up in the mountains. Worth a look and if that doesn't suit then you not far from Mt Warning.

Can I suggest Fraiser Island or Moreton provided you own a 4WD.Very good places for camping.If you have not got a 4WD you get  Stradbroke Island.
