My husband and I are taking a vacation to Myrtle Beach at the end of September. I haven't been to Myrtle Beach in probably 12 years and he's never been there so we could use some advice on places to stay, places to eat (not necessarily seafood), and things to do to keep busy. We are in our late 20's/early 30's and like activities while on vacation. We generally like to stay where things are "happening" but don't mind staying a little out of the way if there's cheap quick travel to and from. Thanks for any help you can give!

  1. I live in Myrtle beach and I love Collectors Cafe, its really good. Salt Creek Cafe is also really good. If you want sea food, definitely go to Murrell's inlet marsh walk. You should also go to the newly opened Market Common. http://www.marketcommonatmyrtlebeach.com... It has a bunch of shops, restaurants and a movie theater. Also Coastal Grand Mall and the Tanger outlets are good places to go for shopping. Broadway at the beach is also pretty fun; it has shopping, dining, clubs and more. To find somewhere to stay click here http://www.myrtlebeachhotels.com/ there are many gorgeous resorts to stay at. I hope this helps.
