Where shud i go university or college??

Question

ok here my terrible situation.. i screwd up in maths at grade 12 so i dint hear from universities at april/may so i applied colleges after in summer and i upgraded my math marks in summers thus now ( so dam late ) i heard from lakehead university as well as college..

i want to go chem. engineering and lakehead offered me a bachelor of science (life science) .. thus i cud trasfer the other year for engineering..

so WHERE shud i go.. SENECA for engineering technoloy (transfer to uni thn) or LAKEHEAD uni and trasfer to engineering thn or another year of high school... help me and THANKS in adv
