Where sould i go???

Question

i am a student doing my first degree in science, but i am not quite sure if i want to do it here.. i want to become a paediatrician and i know it would take a good couple of years so i might as well be comfortable where ever i'm doing it. i'm choosing between England and Canada (not the french side because i speak english and spanish) however i grew up in england but i came to the caribbean when i was little so i don't know how it is now. :-( ..tho im gettin the feelin that it is going down the drain and i really wanted to settle where i study....also somewhere that is not too expensive, and easy to get around. (i am travelling alone)

England has a great reputation in Education and is much easier to get around in.  Go back to England and explore your roots.

Try Toronto!  It's a lovely city with low crime and friendly folk but still all the fun  of a city.  There's good public transport as well!  I wouldn't rate it as being very expensive certainly not compared to English costs.  I love to visit the UK but don't think I'd want to live there (nothing more than personal opinion)
