Woop woop just means a long way away.A great distance too far to travel.Woop woop can be a few miles or a few thousand it depends.Like if you want to insult somebody and they just told you where they lived,you could say "thats out in Woop Woop!"It would not matter if it was a few miles away.Or if somebody said "you want to go on holiday to******?" You would say "no,thats in Woop Woop!"
