  3. Don't laugh.  I've seen lawyers in court who weren't even THAT competent.

    Lawyer:  Was the victim alive when you performed your autopsy?

    Coroner:  No.

    Laywer:  How can you be so certain?

    Coroner:  Because his brain had been removed from his skull and was sitting in a bowl next to the table.

    Lawyer:  But it's conceivable that he could still be possibly alive?

    Coroner:  I suppose so.  It's possible he could have been a lawyer trying to practice law...
