Where the best place to get shiny pokemon?(on Diamond)?

I want some shiny pokemon- and most likely to get it there(wherever it is)

If you have beaten the elite four, get the Pokeradar of the assistant. This allows you to look for certain pokemon that don't normally show up in grass. Once you have it, talk to the sistar of your rival (in the bottom house in Sandgem) and she will tell you what pokemon are 'swarming' and where. If you go there, and use the Pokeradar, and keep seeing a pokemon (making a chain) you will eventally see a shiny pokemon. A chain of 40 gives you the best chance of seeing one.
