  1. I usually order take-out chinese, or have food delivered from one of the many pizza/hoagie  restaurants in the area.  


  2. Macaroni with butter and parmesan cheese.

    Toast with butter and peanut butter on it.

    Any type of bread made into garlic bread with or w/o cheese if I have it.

  4. I always have bread and eggs in the house, and cans of Baked Beans and Spaghetti.

    They will always fill me up even if I don't want to eat them.

  5. I'll usually go out and get a burger, some tacos, or something chicken.

Cereal, toast & honey, toast and vegemite, cheese and crackers or cheese on toast or just cheese (I like cheese), omelet, 2 minute noodles with egg & cheese - sometimes I get festive and toss in some frozen peas, tinned sweet corn with butter and pepper - on toast if I have any bread. Raw carrots. Sardines on toast with tobasco & Worcestershire sauce. Popcorn. I've even stooped to cooking chocolate.

    These are really guilty secrets, I'm going to have to get myself a meal planner and get organised one of these days.

  7. I either keep looking in the fridge and cabinets like something is gonna appear, or I get creative with eggs. Fried eggs, or I try to make egg foo young, or I make eggs and rice... typically we have eggs even when there is little else in the house.

  8. Grilled cheese and tomato soup.

  9. popcorn or wine and cheese or wine and chocolate ...  chicken broth with scallions if they are around ...  fried rice ...  chips and salsa ... sometimes bacon or turkey meat wrapped in cheese ...  depends on what i have around and if i am craving sweet or salty ...

  14. The simplest thing: a big spoonful of peanut butter.  It has quite a bit of protein and fat, so it fills you up.  And it's salty / sweet, which is very satisfying.  If you have carrots or celery around to dip into it, bonus!
