Where to Propose/Get Married in Milan, Italy?

I'm going to be in Milan on a 12 hour layover in February and I want to propose to my girlfriend and then get married while we're there. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to pop the question and is there any chance anybody knows how one would get married if one were so inclined?

Italy and Milan are not like Las Vegas where you can get married in nor 1 day. Here in Italy we need for a lot of documents to be prepared in  advance; probably is more simple for you if you're both foreigners.However you should ask for more exact infos the Italian Embassy (or Consulate) where you're resident.
