  1. Hola.  Well all three are great, and all have their own +'s and -'s.  I guess it depends on what you are looking for in your vacation.

The Finisterra is an older more established resort.  It is very close to town and has some really spectacular views.  I usually recommend this for the older people, looking for privacy but accessibility.  Unfortunately, I've heard from many that it can be quite noisy from city traffic and partying.

The Hacienda is only a little ways out of Cabo on the corridor.  I was just at the restaurant above it a week or so ago, and I find the spot absolutely breathtaking (it reminds me of Greece for some reason)  I like it because of the old style architechure and its breath taking views.  You can usually see the whales right in front.  Getting to and from the city might be an issue if you don't rent a car, but there are taxis and shuttles, so not a huge problem.

The Pueblo Bonitos - rose and blanca are both really nice, laid back places to stay. They are a bit older than the newer Riu's and you can see that, since they are neighbours, but that isn't a big deal.  Both Pueblos are close enough to town for easy access, yet far enough away from the crazy downtown to feel like a getaway.

What ever you pick you will have a wonderful holiday in Cabo!  Enjoy

  2. They are all great and different. For proximity to town, the Finisterra is really good. It's an older property but very nice. Dramatic, but not swimable Western Pacific/Lands End beach.

PB Sunset Beach is very beautiful, costly, dramatic. It is quite a ways out of town by itself. You'll be cabbing in, so consider that. I love to go there on every trip to Cabo just for the sunsets and a dinner. Don't know if I would like its remoteness to stay a week. But it is gorgeous. Rooms are lovely.

Hacienda Del Mar. My favorite of the 3. Fabulous pools. Fun free cocktail party one night. The landscaping is very thick, oppulent and tropical. Nice walking beach. Lots of places to eat and happy hours all day long at different bars. The rooms are nice. Jacuzzi tubs. Good staff. Get to the pool early for the best seats. It is the "most Mexican" hacienda style and authentic of the 3. I really like it. We have stayed in the timeshare section.

  3. PUEBLO BONITO SUNSET BEACH i love it there.  I go there every year.  It is huge.  It has 4 pools every where. 1 is on this mountain on the top that looks over that resort.  It is called the Sky Pool.  They have golf carts that take you to your room.  That's how big the resort is.  They have very nice employs.  The service is excellent.  Tasty restorants.  You cant swim in the beach because it isn't swim able. To rough.  But you  can go take a free shuttle from the resort to the sister resort pueblo bonito Blanca or Rosa.  The shuttles run every half hour.  Also you can watch the whales from you room.  So quiet.  Peaceful.  You will love it there. Have fun with what ever you pick.  Good Luck

  4. We stayed at the Villa del Pal Mar in October which I believe is next to the Hacienda. The property was very nice and it was only a short walk into town. You will do better to do most of your eating and drinking off the resort but we had a great time.
