Where to buy 30 yellow color pencils?

Hi I live in Melbourne, Australia. I have an assignment where part of it is to get 30 yellow (yellow with more magenta in it slightly orangy) color pencils, the tiny short ones like the ones from Ikea.

I have no idea where to get them, no idea where to start, I've tried those $1 stores or art stores but they only have the ones in packets or not they're expensive when sold individually.

Quite impossible for me to pay $1 each since I need 30, 50-70 cents is the budget, just a student. :/

Anyone has an idea at all? Thanks in advance.. :D

Try specifically an art supply store, they generally have collections of colored pencils and pens such that you can get many of the same color at the same time.    Now, I may be wrong because we have lots of stores like that here in the U.S. I don't know if they have them in AU.  You could also see if there is a place selling them on-line.  

The other possibility is to buy 10 or 15 full sized ones then use a hacksaw to cut them in 1/3s or 1/2s to get the smaller sized pencil.
