  2. I recently purchased a number of external HDDs. I recommend South Asia Computer located on the 3rd floor of Funan the IT Mall. Found them to be cheaper than all the other stores in Funan and Sim Lim Square.  

    I purchased:

    Maxtor OneTouch II 500GB at $489

    Maxtor OneTouch III 1TB at $799

    Maxtor OneTouch III 1.5TB at $1199
