If you want American Kool Aid (not the Australian equivalent), you'll need to go to USA Foods.  They're at 146 Cochranes Road, Moorabbin.

In Australia, we refer to it as cordial. I think it's pretty much the same thing, you can get it in bottles at the supermarket and the most common brand is cottees. You can also sometimes get tang powder, but we dont have kool aid as such, not that I'm aware of anyway.
