Yet, I cannot find a website that sells them...? Not even eBay! *gasp*

I don't think that's part of the uglydoll range.

Even though it's by David Horvath, it looks quite different to other uglydolls -  on that the face is printed, on uglydolls they are always stitched, like these - http://www.happyhappytoytoy.com/contents...

Judging by that and the description of it, I think it's a special promotional toy he did for Sony for a Japanese band.
