Where to buy a 'stapless' stapler?

I've seen a girl use one of these before and I thought it was really interesting

and I'm looking into buying one,

but I went to Office Max and asked them if they had any and they had no clue what I was talking about.

Has anyone seen one of these not online??

you should prob bring in a pic? that will prob help the guy find it or just ask him if there are any places he knows that sells it.
