Where to buy a dairy calf in Illinois?

I'm trying to find somewhere in Illinois to buy a "veal" (young male dairy calf). Would have to be close to hillsboro. Last year I a calf from a friend and I am looking for a friend for him.

you can get one but cattle (especially steers) don't like to make friends especially that much of an age difference. But if you are just wanting a calf to raise it would be fine.
