Where to buy a solid wood single bed?

Question

They've got some at John Lewis which look okay, but not much of a selection - any suggestions for elsewhere to look? We'll also need to buy guard rails as the bed is for a toddler, but we don't want to buy a little bed and then have to buy another in 3 or 4 years!
