People on my tennis team want to buy this $40 navy blue tennis skirt at nike but I think thats a little too expensive for a skirt. I'm looking for a cheap navy blue tennis skirt. Where can I buy one like this? stores like target, walmart, kohls, etc.

well d**k's sporting goods can have really good sales and clearances on tennis apparel. but you can also go to target, they have cheap champion tennis apparel. also check out tenniswarehouse.com.
