Depending on the size of vessel you are looking for, I would recommend acquiring a retired tanker, and have it converted.  With the tanks already in it, you are half-way there.

There are any number of commercial boat brokers you can find with a simple GOOGLE search.  BUT... what I have to wonder is... HOW DO YOU PLAN TO GET A CRABBERS LICENSE?  since they are very hard to get and most crabbers who have them, pass them on to family and friends.
