Where to buy earthworms?

does anyone know where i can buy earthworms to go fishing with? does walmart and petsmart still sell it in the stores

You can dig up some earthworms. Try your garden, or water your lawn just about a 1/2 hour before dark and pick up the nightcrawlers on top of the ground using a flashlight. It's fun! Or you can go to walmart, bait & tackle shops or even some of the convience stores near the lakes carry bait. Good luck and happy fishing!!!

why don't you dig in your garden to get some?

Yeah, Walmart still sells them in the sporting goods department. They are good and fat too. I don't know about petsmart, but you can also get them from bait shops, and some gas stations near the lake will carry them.

Also, if you dig in your garden or under a tree when the ground is a little moist, right when it's starting to get dark, you should be able to find a mess of them for free...lol.

wal mart has really fat crawlers but a gas station like sunoco probably has them if its near a lake
