Where to buy handheld Ham transceivers?

I am looking for a store in the central-minnesota area or a website (not ebay or amazon or anything like that) to buy a nice new or used portable ham transceiver (not scanner) to use for $100 or less. And yes, I do know that you need a ham radio license. Thanks!

Most REPUTABLE ham radio stores will require a license in your name as proof that you have the legal ability to use that ham gear.. so be prepared to submit your ham license when they ask.
