Desi Chef is right, when I worked there it was quite limited, but since the Japanese are travelling more and have a taste for Indian food and they have a number of curry dishes of there own, more like the Chinese style, sweeter and thinner than Indian styles, I would check out the places she suggested, and curry powder is available in the shops and grocery stores, just make sure it is Indian and not the Japanese style, they use star anise in there and it is very "licorice" tasting like the Malay and Indonesian style one also available there.
