have you ever heard of del sol? i know for sure its in the states, but you can probably order it online as well. basically its clothing that lights up in the sun. i bet your child would love that! it's totally different from the norm and very eye catching! i also found some other flourescent clothing online at the link below if you're interested. i hope you find what you're looking for. good luck!
