I reccomend holding a mary kay party and getting high quality products for free... Use the 20 to get the things you wanted that you didn't earn. :)

Go to dollar stores they sell makeup for $1.00 like Family Dollar and General Dollar and Dollar Tree.  They are brand name good makeups for the price.

Short answer: the drugstore!

Long answer:

There are some things you can cheap out on, and some things you really should spend more money on.

If you have good skin, you probably don't need foundation. If you tend to get oily but your skin is clear, you don't need foundation, just a translucent power. The Sally Hansen Cornsilk stuff is great at controlling oil on a budget.

If you need the extra coverage though.... well, you really should be spending more money on your foundation. I strongly believe that makeup looks best on a clean canvas. My personal favorite liquid foundation is Make Up For Ever's Mat Velvet, which you can find at Sephora for $34. You might want to save your pennies. I'm also told that the Revlon Colorstay liquid foundation is great for some people, but I've never personally given it a try.

Tinted moisturizer is another story. It'll give you a little coverage, but just enough to even out your skintone a little bit. Cover Girl's CG Smoothers tinted foundation is good stuff... and cheap!

Eyeshadow: Of course, the high-end stuff like MAC, Make Up For Ever, LORAC, etc is good, but when you're on a budget... I would recommend Milani. Great pigmentation, nice colors. L'Oreal's HIP line can be hit or miss... some of the duos are really great, while others are underwhelming. I can't really say I recommend most drugstore eyeshadows.

Mascara: I don't care if you're rich or poor, there is no reason to be spending $25 for a mascara you're only going to throw out in 3 three months anyway. My personal favorite is Cover Girl Lash Blast, the waterproof version, especially when it's on sale. I'm also very fond of L'Oreal Voluminous, both waterproof and non waterproof formulations.

Eyeliner: Best drugstore eyeliners in my opinion are the waterproof pencils by Prestige (which you can find at Ulta, Rite-Aid, and the occasional CVS), and the ones by Revlon. I actually prefer these to most high-end eyeliners.

Blush: Jane blushes are awesome! They're not carried at a lot of drugstores anymore, but you can stil lfind them at Rite-Aid and Ulta. I LOVE Jane blushes! Great colors, great pigmentation, and greatest of all-- price.

Lipgloss: Everybody makes a good lipgloss, so it's pretty hard to decide. I have a tendency to waste my money on MAC lipglosses, but L'Oreal and Revlon both make great glosses.

Hi, what I recommend is to spend a little extra on a good foundation because somethings in foundation can ruin your skin and give u acne. Try Sephora for that. Then you can get drugstore brand eyeshadow,blush and lip gloss. I hope that helps!
