Where to buy metal binder ring?

I am trying to buy binder ring to make my own planner/organizer, however, I search through the website of Office Max, Staples and other stores but no luck. May I know under which category that the rings fall under? Or is there any other website that I can buy the binder ring?

As a person who has made several dozen leather binders over the years. It has always been cheaper to buy a cheap binder from Walmart or other store and drill the rivets out.

Do you just need the rings or the ring with core too?

Walmart sell the rings in pack of 4 or 5 about 1 inch in diameter. Not in the school supply area, it's there all year long near the labels and thumb tacks.

If you need the core too then buy a cheap binder then cut out the 2 sides.
