Where to buy organic grade b maple syrup in seattle- tacoma area?

Fremont Market.  Every Sunday Stannard Farm has a booth at the Fremont Market selling organic maple syrup (Grade A and Grade B) from the Reynolds family in Vermont.  If you can't make it to Fremont, I would try ordering from a farmer online (http://nofavt.org/find-organic-farms.php) before going to a grocery store - grocery store maple syrup has gotten pretty crummy.
