Where to buy organic whole sale meats?

My husband and I have made the decision to buy organic meat. Like purchasing half a cow, parts of a pig etc. How do I find out the best place and way to make such an expensive purchase?

have extensive listings of farms that raise and sell pastured and organic meats direct to the public.

You will need a large freezer to contain all that meat.
