I've seen it at Wal-Mart's in Toronto, so try there first, their product selection tends to be pretty consistent.

Hm.. are there any T&T's in Ottawa? :] I'm personally from the west coast so I don't know much about it, but there should be pocky at random Asian shops since they're so popular.
