Where to buy pre-paid visa credit card? anyone got a clue? i saw it on tv..?

anyone got a clue? a pre-paid credit card where you pay for the card first and deposit how much you want to spend on the card and you can use it as a credit card....know where i can get one? or a store thats selling it?

Most Banks have this type of card. At least you can't get into debt!
