Where to buy products that have fallen off trucks?

I've heard that you can purchase refurbished goods for very cheap because they have fallen off of Trucks during shipping and a certain company has found them and fixed them up anyone know about them.

Um usually stuff that has "fallen off trucks" is cheap because it isn't refurbished - its cheap because it's stolen and you really shouldn't support that type of activity.

Refurbished means repaired etc.. and toy warehouses and manufacturer direct (website etc) sell that type of toy. It's honest and even though it's cheaper.
