Where to buy sand vacuum boats/ships?

Question

I was wondering where can I purchase a boat that can suck up at least 15-40km from the sea. It is a boat the is sitting on shoreside then you can connect a pipe under the water to be able to suck up sand.

Actually you are asking a "pump" question.  I'm not sure any pump can suck 15 to 40 KM from the water, much less sand.  Perhaps this isn't what you mean, but you can push silt farther than you can suck it.  IE. put the pump at the waters edge and "booster pumps"as needed along the way.  Hope this helps!
