Where to buy server books?

Question

I am serving at a new place and my old order book is dead, so is there anyone out there who know where to get a new one? The place I am now at usually has them, but they are out and won't have one for two weeks and I hate serving without them.

Why doesn't the restaurant provide them?

American Express & Visa will both send them out at not charge as long as thier cards are accepted at that restaurant.

Otherwise get one from a restaurant supply. They all have them in stock.
