This site has hand held harnesses and ones that run on a track. They're both expensive, but the hand held costs about $800 and the installed one is about $3500 no matter where you get the harness, it's expensive, they don't go on sale at all really. Hope I helped!

if you have a coach see if your ice rink has a harness (most do)

the only thing that alot of rinks let you use a harness for is axels so i dont think you would need to buy and expensive harness +where would you put it?

Well, do you you think that you could explain what a figure skating harnest is? Because I do  not know what one is. Maybe you should google it, and look up places to buy it.
