Where to buy this solar panel.?

I'm looking for a specific, Panasonic BP-242221 Solar Panel, online or in store.

That link doesn't work.  The solar panel powers 3.5V @ 6mA.  You can use any solar panel with those same specs.

I suggest you can look into oversea vendors for these panels.  Most of solar panels are more widely use in Asia country.  Some of their panels may have better efficencies.  

Or ebay...
