Where to buy topographic maps?

I need to brush up on my land nav skills and was hoping somebody would know where to buy topographical maps of fort leavenworth, ks

You could try your local hydrographic office. I don't know where you live (I'm in Australia) so I can't suggest a nearby one. They are usually government run, so Google should be able to find one, or you could try looking in the phone book.

sorry just checked link and is no longer free use to use this all the time when I was a scoutmaster could print a local map for scouts to use but not any more

If you have a local College, that is a great place to start! I know when I was in school they had us buy them for different classes. Good Luck!
