Where to buy used bicycles in toronto?

i want to get a bicycle for my sisters birthday gift and i just want to get a used one .

i need to know where i can get one

With the recent busting of the bicycle theft ring in Toronto, and the subsequent seizure of thousands of bikes, wait for the police auction that will be happening in the near future after they have given people time to claim stolen bikes back.  Apparently they seized thousands of bikes, but only a few hundred have been returned to their rightful owners.
