usually if you want a uniform for your school team, you special order them through the athletic department.

no dont order a uniform. you can get spandex at a simple sports store. but dont go a buy a nice shirt like that...that is what the team does.

the shorts are just plain spandex volleyball shorts. I'm not sure where you would get the shirts. If you actually play the sport, i bet your coach has a catalog with all kinds of jerseys in it.
