Where to celebrate NYE in Ireland?

I'm looking for suggestions on a fun place to ring in 2008 in Ireland. I did study abroad in Galway and loved it, but wasn't there for NYE. I will be meeting friends from the US and Germany on this trip and want to know what city in Ireland has a good NYE party reputation.

Depending on your age, most clubs in Dublin (and I'm sure other cities too) are all good for NYE parties. If planning on Dublin, head to XX1 (twentyone), TramCo, Coppers (Copperfacejack), Tripod.
