  1. You can't exchange foreign coins once you leave the country. They are too expensive for a bank to handle.

  3. You need to give more detail.  Do you mean change one currency for another? Most banks won't exchange coins unless they are worth quite a bit.

    If you mean you have a bunch of US coins you wanted counted and changed into dollars, look for a Commerce Bank.  Commerce allows people (non-customers too) to use their coin counters and receive bills in exchange for coins counted.  It's very easy at Commerce and there's no fee!

  4. the bank or a coin star machine t your local grocery store... now if ur looking to change old coins that may be worth something... ebay or google a good location in your area
