Where to complain when a driving school screws you over

I live in Brampton, and I went with a driving school and she is on the phone for the whole time and yells at me when I call. I want to complain and have her driving school permit revoked what should I do?????? PLEASE HELP ME AS I GET HEAD ACHS FROM THIS ISSUE..

  I have no idea where Brampton is .... complain to the better business bureau and directly to the Department of Motor Vehicles ... If you're in the U.S.

Driving school instructors are not the nicest people you ever want to meet.  They deal with all sort of people and sometime needless to say they are rude, although they should be a little nicer to their clients.

You should contact your local Department of Motor Vehicle and see what they can do for you.  I am assuming they are responsible to issuing their permit to each.  If she work for a company, you could call and ask for another instructor or ask for refund.
