Where to cruise in November with white sand beaches?

We're looking into a 7 day cruise. It's our 15th anniversary around Thanksgiving, and I've always dreamed of somewhere with white sand beaches. Also considering Hawaii. What would you suggest for that time of year?

  1. The Caribbean weather and water is fine that time of year and it has some of the best beaches you will find anywhere in the islands.  One of the best cruises for great beaches would be a Western Caribbean cruise with ports stops in Jamaica, Grand Cayman, Cozumel and a  cruise line private island.

We went on a cruise to the western Caribbean last December and the weather and water were perfect.  In Grand Cayman you can get a taxi to 7-Mile beach for $4 per person each way and that's a great white sand beach.  Cozumel is know for its beaches and snorkeling and scuba.  You can't go wrong there either.

Now is the perfect time to book for later this year because cruise lines give/have early booking discounts and your time frame in 9 months away.  You can also find deals if you go to the cruise line web sites and click on "specials" or "hit deals".  Carnival and Royal Caribbean have good links to specials but you will find them on all cruise line home web pages.

I suggest a Royal Caribbean cruise but if you want a little more luxury and class look at Princess, Celebrity and Holland America.

One cruise line, Norwegian, does cruises IN Hawaii but several others,  including Royal Caribbean and Holland America do cruises (14/15 day) to Hawaii from the West coast US.  SO your options and opportunities for deals will be greater in the Caribbean
