Erm, yes.  But please download legally.  

To download something through bittorrent, you will need to download a small .torrent file first, and then open it in your client.  There are many great clients out there, and I can't really recommend one over the other, but some of the better ones that I have used in the past are

rtorrent on *nix systems and OS X
