Where to download psp universal remote files direct to your psp?

...without using .rar files

.zip files are ok but for some reason my computer hates the winRAR installer and any other installer with win or RAR in the name and that includes winace.

this is just a stupid thing to do with the psp anyway.  almost as stupid and using it as an mp3 player.
