Where to eat Beef Wellington in Portland, OR area?

Ever since my boyfriend has started watching h***s Kitchen he has had a craving to try Beef Wellington. Does anyone know any names of what restaurants serve Beef Wellington in the Portland, Oregon/Vancouver, Washington area?

I'd suggest calling around to better restaurants and asking them; many publish their menus either online or in the phone book.  You could also try making your own.

Personally, I wouldn't touch anything with pate' in it.  Yuck!

Mother's Bistro in downtown Portland had one on the menu last time I was there, didn't try it but most of their food is very good so it probably is too.
